Review
As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me with an “Irasshai!,” which is a traditional Japanese welcome. It made the place feel very Japanese restaurant.
The broth had a strong, bold flavor with rich soy sauce and garlic, which was exactly my kind of taste. The medium-thick noodles paired really well with the broth and were satisfying to eat. Both the chashu and the egg were tender, well-seasoned, and very tasty.
I also signed up for their app and got a free nikuman, which was a nice bonus and a pleasant surprise. There are various branches, so I want to go there and try other ramen.
