This ramen shop is located in Toronto, Canada. Everything from the taste and atmosphere to the staff was excellent. The rich pork broth had an authentic Japanese flavor and was absolutely delicious. It really made me feel like I was back in Hakata, Japan. I also ordered a Calpis Sour, an alcoholic drink made with Calpico and shochu, which I hadn’t had in a long time, and it was really good. The price was perfect — affordable and tasty. I’d love to go there again and try other ramen shops in Toronto as well.
