The first thing I thought was that there were just too many toppings on the ramen, but the taste was not bad.
The broth had a tonkotsu flavor but was a bit thin and not served piping hot. The noodles had a chewy texture. I felt that corn didn’t really go well with it. The seasoned egg was flavorful, and the seasoned fried tofu I ordered instead of pork chashu was also well-seasoned and tasty.
The bowl was $14, which seemed like a typical price for ramen in the U.S. The interior was filled with Anime figures and snacks for sale, which gave the place a fun and unique vibe. They offered drinks like Calpico and boba tea, but there was no sake or other Japanese alcoholic beverages.
