Cafe Mochiko — Cincinnati-style Ramen

Review

The ramen used a Cincinnati chili broth, which is something I had never seen before in ramen. It was simple but tasted very good. The presentation reminded me a lot of Skyline Chili — exactly what you would expect from a Cincinnati-style ramen. They offer only two types of ramen: American-style and Japanese-style. My friend ordered the Japanese-style ramen, and it looked delicious and much closer to traditional ramen. I’ll definitely come back and try that one next time.
