Review

I had to wait about an hour to get seated, and since they don’t take reservations, it’s better to come with plenty of time. The interior had lots of artwork and looked beautiful.

The noodles were flat and seemed to be homemade, which I really liked. The broth wasn’t overly salty and had a nice turkey aroma that made it smell delicious even before eating. The farm-fresh daikon and komatsuna were both flavorful, and the turkey chashu was tender and incredibly good.

The soft-boiled egg was one of my favorite toppings and it was very soft with a light seasoning. The presentation was also beautiful, and both the appearance and taste were so good. I think this is the best ramen in Cincinnati. I will definitely come back and try other ramen.
