Tensuke Express — Spicy Pork Kimchi Miso Ramen

Review

The ramen used a pork and chicken bone broth with aged soy sauce, and it really tasted like authentic Japanese ramen. I added kimchi, which made the broth a bit spicier. First, I tried the non-spicy broth and noticed that the pork bone flavor was stronger than the miso. After that, I tasted the broth with spicy kimchi. It was a little spicy for me, but not too much.You can also customize your ramen by adjusting the toppings based on your mood or budget.
