I’ve been here several times, and personally, I think this is one of the best ramen shops in Ohio.
The Duck Fat Fried Chicken was absolutely delicious, and the thin noodles were great and matched well with the broth. The noodles were slightly stuck together, so I wish they had separated them before serving. The soup had kimchi in it, which added a bit of spice, and the rich miso flavor was really good. The other toppings were tasty as well.
Since I went on a Sunday afternoon, it was crowded and the food took some time to come out, but this ramen shop is worth the wait.
