Megumi Sushi Ramen Grill — Wagyu Ramen

The ramen here is overall a bit expensive, but I liked that you could choose between a small and large size. The wagyu beef was very tender and tasty. I wish it were served a little more rare. I don’t think miso and beef broth are used together in Japan, so I had never tried this kind of soup before. It was good and served hot enough. The noodles were a little too soft for me, but they were still good. The soft-boiled egg was well-seasoned and delicious. There was seaweed in the bowl, but I’m not a fan of it in ramen.
